Mike has been part of the Fruita Volleyball coaching staff since 2010, and coached at Grand Junction High and Hotchkiss High School prior to that. Beyond the Grand Valley, Mike has attended Gold Medal Squared coaching clinics multiple times. These clinics are taught by many of the top coaches in all levels of Volleyball, including: US Men's National Team, US Women's Collegiate National Team, Olympic medalists, and Men's and Women's Collegiate Head Coaches. These clinics, and years of experience, provide invaluable resources in order to create a rich and nurturing FMHS Volleyball Atmosphere.
Mike takes great joy watching the kids learn and play at all levels, as shown by the commitment to youth camps and excitement that he carries. Sabrina spent 4 seasons with FMHS Volleyball before being called to her heavenly home. She was passionate about volleyball and bettering the lives of youth through teaching it’s skills.
She will forever be missed. |
